Caerphilly, Wales.

Aged: Minimum of two months
Tasting Notes: Clean, smooth texture, subtle notes of lemon

Fun fact: 

It was originally created to use up extra milk and was only sold locally to Welsh mine workers to take as a lunch to eat while down in the mine.
